1.  Ticket Prices: The prices of the tickets are listed above and on the Eventbrite ticketing page and are subject to change at the organiser's discretion. The price of the ticket includes entry to the event and any inclusions as specified in the event details.  Tickets for individual events are not available to purchase for this Reunion due to rising costs. There are two levels of purchase – ALL EVENTS Tickets and a Weekend Special, with discounts available for a limited time period (see below).

2.  Early Bird Discount: This discount is offered for ALL-EVENTS only and will be available for purchase until midnight (PST) on 17th March 2023 (St. Patrick’s Day!). The Early Bird tickets will be sold at a discounted price of €250 per person and will be subject to availability. After the Early Bird Discount period has ended, regular ticket prices will apply.  The regular price for tickets is €270 per person.

3.  Group Discount:  For groups of more than ten, a 10% discount will be applied to every ticket purchased after the tenth ticket for ALL-EVENTS Tickets only.  During the Early Bird Discount period, the total discount will be 20% from the eleventh ticket onwards (up to 17th March 2023).

4.  Refund Policy: The organiser will not offer refunds for any tickets after the 1st of May 2023. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, in which case a refund will be issued to all ticket holders. Refunds may also be issued in the case of duplicate purchases, fraud, or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the organiser.

5.  Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are transferable with the approval of the organiser.

6.  Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically via email or through the Eventbrite platform. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they have received their tickets and have them available on the day of the event.

7.  Age Restrictions: Some events may have age restrictions in place. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the event details for any age restrictions.  Children under 5 years of age are admitted FREE at all events unless specific notice is given otherwise.

8.  Event Conduct: The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner. The organiser also reserves the right to make changes to the event details or program as necessary.

9.  Fringe Events: There will be several "Fringe" events which will be announced nearer the time which will be free to attend or subject to a small cover charge in local venues.  Please keep an eye on the Fringe page for details.  We would like to encourage you to support these events if you can.

10. Dates and Venues:  The O’Dochartaigh Clann Reunion 2023 will take place from Wednesday, 19 July to Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at the venues stated (unless specific notice is given otherwise).
