Ar nDuthcas Clann Newsletters
Issues of Ár nDúthcas, the newsletter of the Ó Dochartaigh Clann Association, were published over three decades starting in 1982. The project was spearheaded by Patrick 'Inch' and Cameron Dougherty of Michigan, with the help of many editorial and contributing volunteers across the world. With over 60 issues released, they capture snapshots of clann activities, reunions, historical anecdotes, genealogical information, interesting factoids, and even poems.

Volume 61 was scanned by Zack Daugherty from the collection of Bob Doherty.
Permission to reproduce the newsletters was granted by Ms. Joyce Dougherty, wife of the late Cameron Dougherty and daughter-in-law to the late Patrick 'Inch' Dougherty of Michigan, to preserve the work they led and to honor their legacy.
This collection is shared here to preserve the contributions of all of those clann members and volunteers who shared information for publishing and preservation and to ensure that their work lives on. The newsletters offer valuable insights, but as with any secondary genealogical source, it's important to verify information against primary sources.
Disclaimer: These Newsletters were produced by the historical Ó Dochartaigh Clann Association. Genealogical and historical information may not be correct or verifiable. These newsletters are provided for archival/historical interest only.
